Given that we’re over at least the first hump of the recession, the upgrade leads to the questions; if you’re upgrading to Windows 7, should you upgrade your hardware too?

Intel’s Scott Mordue puts forward balanced arguments in favour of both, and tells The Reg’s Tim Phillips what Intel learned from being one of the early adopters of Windows 7.
