Engineering schematics for the upcoming iPhone 5 have slipped out onto the web.
That's certainly what the white-on-black wireframe pictures are claimed to be by Asian site iDeals China [1] to be.

They drawings are said to have been produced for case makers to give them a basis on which to sculpt their own offerings.
Indeed, the pics show what looks like an iPhone 4 with a thin bumper wrapped around the sides top and bottom.

A render also shows a screen that goes right to the edge of the handset. The display is also taller, coming closer to both the home button and the earpiece speaker, to ensure the same aspect ration as the current model's screen.
It's a look that matches the alleged iPhone 5 faceplate [2] that appeared in another snap recently. ®
