Orange promises to pass on price cuts to broadband buyers

If the future is cheaper...

Providing a secure and efficient Helpdesk

Orange has pledged to reduce home broadband and landline customers' monthly payments should the price of their plans drop in the future.

Available with immediate effect, punters who subscribe to Orange's Broadband and Off Peak Calls deal, or its Broadband and Anytime Calls package are in frame for the commitment.

However, while the cost of a lower subscription will be matched, any call charges and additional fee reductions will not apply.

How likely Orange is to reduce the monthly price of these packages - giving subscribers cause to call on it to make good on its pledge - remains to be seen. ®
