Providing a secure and efficient Helpdesk

Webcast Today Everyone is expected to be responsible for making informed decisions. IT is no exception. But it usually has the additional task of decking out the entire company with the info they need too – wherever they are and whenever they think they might need it. Sounds fun.

Today at 11am we’ve got a room of experts to help you do this more effectively and efficiently.. The Register’s own Tim Phillips is joined in the studio by independent analyst Andrew Buss, Peter King from Microsoft and Symon Garfield, CTO of ICS Solutions Ltd - who knows a thing or two about delivering information effectively.

Together the four of them will look at the challenges associated with getting good information to the people that need it. This means they’ll look at the following themes and the solutions to them:

• The Security challenge

• The effects of Mobility

• Integrating business information systems

• Role based access and provisioning

• Automation and management

We try to make sure you’re going to get value for your time from these events and if you come along with your own questions we’ll endeavour to get them answered for you.

If this sounds good, you can join us here for free.
