Spotify waves £5 plan at freeloaders

Immobilising the masses

Internet Security Threat Report 2014

Spotify is adding two new plans, one paying, one decidedly limited. Spotify Unlimited a £4.99 a month all - the music you-can-stream-on-your-PC- and-no-ads- option.

That tucks in under Spotify Premium, the £10 a month plan, which adds music on mobile phones and offline music paying to the mix.

The second plan is Spotify Open. Unlike Spotify Free, you do not need an invite to join, but you get only 20 hours a month.

Spotify has knocked up a compare and contrast here.
