Pink Floyd remastered for Nintendo Entertainment System
Dark Side of the 8-bit Moon

A video games programmer has rather boldly taken Pink Floyd's The Dark Side of the Moon and remastered it as a Nintendo Entertainment System extravanganza, with surprisingly plausible results.
The entire 8-bit playlist - created by Brad Smith using Famitracker and rendered with NSFplug - can be found down at YouTube [1]. One impressed commenter was moved to declare the whole thing the "nerdiest and most awesome thing I've experienced in a long time".
Rather less nerdy, but equally awesome, is the Easy Star All-Stars' Dub Side of the Moon - described as "a stunning reinvention of this beloved record". Check out [2] their version of Time, and prepare to be stunned, or something. ®
