Mini Poll It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day… and a new year for IT strategies to be set, budgets to be fixed and plans to be rolled out. The current rhetoric would suggest it’s all about cost – and for many organizations it may be. But each business is different, both in terms of the problems it is trying to solve, and the objectives it’s trying to achieve.

One area of particularly interest to us, is to understand better the nature of companies and public bodies that wouldn’t rank themselves as ‘enterprise’. It’s difficult to grade what exactly this means – some very small businesses might have a whopping turnover, for example. But we do know from Reg reader feedback that it is worth drilling down a bit more into this area.

So, to our poll. A bit more of a maxi-poll this one, but it’s mostly tick and bash so it shouldn’t take too much of your time. As well as understanding more about what your organization is wanting to achieve, we’re interested in knowing on what you feel would make the difference, not only in terms of technology but also more general best practice. We’ll be feeding the results back to you over the next couple of weeks, so watch this space.

You can take the poll right here.
