Free whitepaper – Hands on with Hyper-V 3.0 and virtual machine movement

Google Maps' UK tentacle is today inviting [1] eager virtual travellers to "take a holiday to the Canary Islands" with its all-seeing Street View, and has provided this handy link [2] so you can fly straight to Playa de las Teresitas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife:

Google's recommended Street View view of the Canary Islands

Beautiful - although if you rotate the view a bit, you'll get this example of local colour [3]:

Rotate a bit and you see a Spaniard urinating against a container

We have no doubt that Google operatives will rush with Segway-like speed to erase this latest example of the failure of Street View's public decency algorithm, as they did with the shock cases of the Madrid squatting bladder purge [4] and the Birmingham kiddy-piddler outrage [5]. Enjoy the view while you can. ®
