Tesco email is broked

Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Backup/Recovery

Tesco's internet subscribers are without email access right now, even if the grocer's status page claims all is well.

We've been contacted by subscribers and called Tesco's "internet service announcement line" which apologises for the problem and assures us: "At present we are experiencing issues with email access. Tesco engineers are aware of this and normal service will be resumed as soon as possible."

To be fair to Tesco, it was anointed most reliable broadband provider for delivering emails last year.

A spokeswoman for Tesco said there was a problem for "about an hour" but everything is working again now. ®

Only part of the story...

Didn't no-one realize that VM, Tesco and all other associated sites went down also...

We had an MSO, major kit swapped out at great expense and stress, and all you report is that Tesco was down...

We'll raise it as a P3 and swap it in the next outage windows next time.
