Forthcoming Bond outing Quantum of Solace will feature a theme song performed by Alicia Keys and Jack White - the first time 007 has been honoured with a duet

According to the BBC, White also wrote and produced Another Way to Die, as well as contributing on the drums.

Producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson offered the traditional: "We are delighted and pleased to have two such exciting artists as Jack and Alicia."

They added that Keys and White were "inspired by our film to join together their extraordinary talents in creating a unique sound for Quantum of Solace".

Fans will have to wait until the 31 October UK release of the film to catch this provocative collaboration. In the meantime, we can but wonder how Amy Winehouse would have tackled the challenge. ®
