Former Clash guitarist Mick Jones has immortalised in song the legendary "Don't tase me, bro!" arrest (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/09/18/florida_uni_tasering/) of Andrew Meyer, the student who decided it was a good idea to get shouty at senator John Kerry and received a solid tasering for his trouble:

According to Reuters, Jones has penned the ditty for his second album with Carbon/Silicon, the band he formed with punk vet Tony James. No release date has been set for the disc's release, but it will be entitled Yeah, Whatever.com.

Speaking backstage at the inaugural NME Awards in Los Angeles, Jones described the police reaction to Meyer's heckling as "disgusting" and said of the musical celebration of the rumpus: "It's gonna go like this - dun-dun-dun... Aaaargh!" ®
