I saw the freaky fool pop up on some other tech site the other day ... usual anti-apple diatribe ... all light no heat, no noticable concept of balance, etc. Nothing new here . . .By sleepy

Poor Nancy Heinen had the options that had been granted moved forward, not backwards, but because they were not fully signed off until later, they were still technically backdated. So now the SEC says she's guilty of . . . what? Backdating wasn't illegal at the time, but accounting for it wrongly was, which is why Fred Anderson (CFO) settled, but Heinen is fighting. No surprise that Jobs is subpoenaed to give evidence; and no real significance. I'm with RaiBy Anonymous Coward
