Understand how application security is evolving

iTunes has added TV shows to its UK offering, including content from ABC Studios, MTV, Paramount Comedy and Nickelodeon. So punters in Britain can click wheel through Desperate Housewives on their iPods.

Right now there are only 16 shows for adults, and 12 for children, with one season of each: though if you particularly want to watch season 3 of Laguna Beach then that won't bother you.

Individual episodes are all priced at £1.89, but buying a whole series gets a considerable discount, making it competitive with a DVD box-set.

The range of programmes available is very limited, though that should increase over time, and it includes content not yet available from Amazon or competitive download services.®
