OK I get the robot flies around no pilot lands on the

ocean but what is it's role spy plane it's not fast enough

or quiet enough for that it's not big enough to carry much

I give up what is it for.

For me it looks like a remote controlled toy seaplane.

Photos please - would be far more entertaining than my boring council-issue wheely bin. It would also solve the problem of leaving a bald spot on my front lawn, and exterminate any wildlife attempting to raid it...

Now I understand why you get differently coloured Daleks. Obviously they are colour-coded for plastics, glass, paper/cardboard, compostables and non-recyclable refuse. Putting the wrong waste in the wrong Dalek gets you visited by the Dalek Council, fined, named-'n-shamed and then exterminated.
