Providing a secure and efficient Helpdesk

Reg Technology Panel The continued evolution of the mobile business has made terms like "out of the office" almost feel redundant.

Employees have, or at least want, the ability to communicate wherever and whenever the need arises, and if you believe the marketing campaigns that accompany these developments, each step brings us closer to "enhanced productivity levels" and "increased ROI". But is this the reality?

The survey should only take around 10 minutes of your time and the results will be published on The Register soon.
