Whilst Voting should be free and open, would you want all and sundry wandering round your server room? Sounds like there has been a bit to much enthusiasem to set this up and a bit to little thought. As so often the case I can see lots of Polotitons getting very excited by EGovernment, but not accualy telling anyone untill to late.

All and sundry?

I'm not sure that election observers accredited by the dept of constitutional affairs really count as "all and sundry".
