Evesham plugs 26in LCD HDTV into Alqemi range

Evesham is continuing to advance its popular range of High Definition TVs with the addition of a new 26in LCD to its existing Alqemi selection. It comes with a native resolution of 1366 x 768 and is ready for 720p HD video.

Evesham Alqemi 26” LCD TV

Evesham claims it has a response time of 8 mili-seconds, which should ease image smearing, or ‘ghosting’, during fast action video.

There's one HDMI slot; twin Scarts; s-, component- and composite-video; VGA; and DVI inputs. There's also a Freeview-ready version, the 26VX which, for an extra 50 clams, sports a CAM (Conditional Access Module) slot for TopUp TV.

All this plus a three-year, in-home swap out warranty... and a snip at just £349 inc VAT. Available from the end of April.
