How about toilet humour? That normally seems to be a significant portion of conversation. Eg..."I just cranked out a good one"...

Of course not! Far better to discuss one's sex life involving women that are not one's missus. Or, if such a life is lacking, to discuss what one wishes one's sex life involving such women was.
