TelecityRedbus's colocation centre on Marsh Wall in London's Docklands has apparently suffered a power failure and back-up generators have not kicked in.
Telecity is refusing to comment, but The Reg has been contacted by several irritated customers.
The problems seem to have started at about lunchtime today - as one Reg reader pointed out, "peak time for many websites.".
