But seriously folks, is this where we want to go - yet another nanny-state legislation? Now, I will be the first to admit that there ARE online (and real-world) predators out there and that they should be dealt with harshly when found...

...but is this the way to go about it? Whatever happened to parental supervision? To knowing where your kids are and what they are (supposedly) doing? Do we really want to keep handing responsability over to the Government? Because you can't hand over responsability without handing over control, can't be done. And the Government LOVES control.
