Boost for storage and data services biz

SaaS data loss: The problem you didn’t know you had

IBM is scooping up Softek Storage Solutions, the US data archiving software firm, for an undisclosed sum.

The company is particularly keen to get its hands on Softek's data mobility technology to complement its storage and data services business. And that really is all there is to say on the matter.
