Windows security firm Sunbelt today released its countdown of the top ten spyware threats in May.

So, scampickers, here it is:

  1. DesktopScam - 2.61 per cent
  2. SpyFalcon - 1.24 per cent
  3. 180search Assistant - 1.21 per cent
  4. Virtumonde - 0.99 per cent
  5. Looking-For.Home Search - 0.88 per cent
  6. IEPlugin - 0.65 per cent
  7. AvenueMedia.InternetOptimizer, AKA DyFuCA. Charming. - 0.63 per cent
  8. Command Service - 0.62 per cent
  9. Media-Codec - 0.60 per cent
  10. iSearch.DesktopSearch - 0.59 per cent
