Another day, another Griffin Technology iPod accessory. Today it's the turn of EarThumps, a set of sound-isolating 'phones that the company claims "deliver clean transparent atmospheric highs, and deep, low bass".
Said sound quality comes via the EarThumps' neodymium dynamic micro-drivers, while the sound level and enhanced bass arise from the way the 'phones fit snuggly into the aural canal - which also cuts out background noise.
Griffin is selling the EarThumps directly, from its website (http://www.griffintechnology.com/), for $20 a pop. The 'phones are available in iPod-matching white or black. ®
