Smutmonger fined for limp porn vid

Not hard enough, moaned female customer

The Power of One Brief: Top reasons to choose HP BladeSystem

A mail-order porn video outfit has been stung for £4,000 by Dorking magistrates for failing to measure up in the hard-core department, the Mirror reports. Pabo Ltd was fined the four grand plus £2,044 costs and ordered to pay £75 compensation to a female customer who moaned that explicit rumpy-pumpy on the covers of three videos she'd bought did not appear in the final, censored cut.

Of the unnamed smut aficionado, Surrey County Council said: "The company had not shown any interest in the consumer's complaint, so the purchaser turned to Trading Standards." Peter Denard of Trading Standards added: "Consumers are often embarrassed to complain about purchases such as these and companies take advantage of them." ®
