Mistral Internet is on a buying spree after it snapped up two internet businesses in the last week. It is gunning for another acquisition by the end of the month.
Last week Mistral - which has offices in Brighton, Cardiff, London and Southampton - acquired business ISP Astra Associates. Yesterday, it acquired the customer base of managed services outfit Keybridge. Financial details s were not disclosed.
Mistral's dash for growth throug acquisition comes as the ISP saw turnover rise from £8m to £11m last year.
Mistral MD Karl Robinson told The Register: "We want to grow the business fairly aggressively."
Once all three businesses have been consolidated, Mistral expects the enlarged group will employ around 90 staff. ®
