IXEurope - the privately-owned UK-based datacentre outfit - has acquired the entire stock of Telehouse Suisse SA from Telehouse International Corporation of Europe Ltd, a subsidiary of KDDI Corporation of Japan.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Said IXEurope chief exec Guy Willner: "Having weathered the storm over the last two years our management team is delighted to be in expansion phase again.
"IXEurope is now the market leader in Switzerland, which is a fast growing market due to its central position in Europe and its favourable tax laws."
