ICSTIS, the premium rate regulator, has incorporated a universal stop sign and age verificaction into its guidelines for SMS operators.

ICSTIS says the new features address concerns expressed by consumers over the difficulty of unsubscribing premium-rate SMS services and the ease with which children can access paid-for adult services.
