Cedilla, the Manchester-based Navision dealership, has been sold to management. Terms are undisclosed. But the new owners say they are pumping their own money in the business to support expansion plans.
Cedilla specialises in supplying smaller companies with what it calls "packaged ERP systems". Its key verticals are metals distribution, financial services, waste management and building services companies. ®
