Telecoms outfit - Colt - has a new UK

Simon Vye was, until recently, senior VP of sales and customer operations at Priority Telecom, a telecoms outfit in the Netherlands, Austria and Norway.

He replaces Cedric Smith, who moves sideways to head up the company's blue chip sales force. ®
