Demon has blamed the "unpredictable behaviour" of some of its routers for problems experienced by its broadband customers trying to access the Net.
In a statement issued to customers today the ISP said: "Some customers are currently experiencing packet loss and slow connectivity when connecting to our services. This has been caused by the unpredictable behaviour of some of our routers." The ISP is currently working to correct the problems.
Today's statement comes as users complained of a "gradual deterioration" of Demon's broadband service over the last couple of weeks or so. ®
