IBM fixes ‘Toxic’ Thinkpad
Honour restored. Owner loves IBM, Thinkpad

Letter I'm STeve Andre', the owner of the poor little ThinkPad whose image was besmirched by the accusation that it carried some horrid compound in it. I am happy to report that IBM will make well of this situation and I will be up and running properly next week.
The mark of a good company is what they do when
they made a mistake, I think. IBM is going to fix things.
So while unfortunate that it happened, IBM still came
through in the end. I wish I could say that about some
of the other companies I've dealt with.
I love ThinkPads...
best, --STeve Andre' ®
