Agentless Backup is Not a Myth

The Internet Services Providers' Association (ISPA UK) is seeking nominations for its annual Internet industry awards.

This year, the emphasis is on broadband and those companies that serve the consumer and business markets.

The categories included in the consumer section include the "Best Unmetered ISP", the "Best Consumer Broadband Provider" and "Best National Consumer ISP".

There are also awards for the "Best Business Broadband Provider" and the "Best Search Engine".

Oh, and let's not forget the most eagerly awaited gong - the "Internet Villain" award, which last year went to the Home Office for its handling of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA).

Anyhow, nominations have to be in by November 7 and the awards will be announced in February next year.

Last year former "Internet Villain", BT, failed to make the shortlist. Fingers crossed they make it this time. ®
