It's Friday - so there must be another threat to shut down KPNQwest's network.
This time, banks are refusing to hand over money collected from KPNQwest's clients.
The cash is needed to keep the pan-European broadband network running.
The administrators fear that unless the matter can be resolved they will be forced to shutdown the network.
The network could start going tits up later today. ®
