`Conservative Canadians´

CeBIT Timing is everything: in my case it translates into seven minutes late for graphic chipmaker ATI's CeBIT press conference, resulting in complete failure to get through the door. Or close enough to hear what was going on through the open door. Or interested enough to sharpen my elbows. Or thirsty enough to drink orange juice supplied by ATI's caterers. So back to the press bar for me.

Luckily, Germany's TecCHANNEL was on hand with digital camera to report the plans of the "conservative Canadians" for graphics world domination. This revolves around Radeon IGP, a chipset family for desktop and mobile Athlons and P4s.

At this point, it is only proper to hand over the reportage to TecCHANNEL, seeing as how it turned up early enough to get into the gig. As we said, timing is everything. ®
