Free whitepaper – Best practices for optimizing performance and availability in virtual infrastructures

Public comments regarding the settlement between the US Department of Justice and Microsoft are due by Monday, 28 January.

Anyone wishing to weigh in on the issue may do so by sending an e-mail memo here (mailto:microsoft.atr@usdoj.gov?subject=Microsoft%20Settlement).

So take the time in these closing hours to make yourself heard. That way you can at least complain righteously when the court finally blesses the DoJ's prosecutorial lube job. ®
