Black Box Corporation, the US networking reseller, is working its way up to full UK coverage through a interesting - or unique we should say in these straitened times - of infill acquisition.
Last month, the company bought a small cabling specialist in Cumbria. This month it has bought a small networking installer in Northampton called GCS Network Services.
GCS turns over approx. $3m a year, according to Black Box which, as per usual, refrained from disclosing the size of the deal. ®
