Agentless Backup is Not a Myth

I read your story 'Sales reps peddle through terror aftermath'(12/09/2001) with great distress.

The content of the email you refer to is in incredibly bad taste and the story is categorically NOT representative of mine nor any of my colleagues' thoughts at this time.

Our number one priority right now is people - families, employees and our customers, many of whom have been deeply impacted by this horrible tragedy.

Yours sincerely

Duncan Mitchell
