Xpert Systems conducts MBO
Reseller backed by Lloyds

Management at Xpert Systems, a networking equipment reseller, has bought the company for an undisclosed sum. The MBO was funded by Lloyds Development Capital.
The company expects to generate £36 million in revenues during this financial year and employs 210 people in five UK outlets and Dublin. ®
