Sony unleashes first Vaio desktop in UK

Sony today unleashed its first Vaio desktop computer in the UK.
The PCV-LX1 machine has a hinged LCD screen, which can be folded down if the Vaio is not being used.
It is based on a 1 GHz Pentium III chip, with 128MB RAM, 60GB hard drive and also comes with an integral CD-RW/DVD drive and broadband Net connectivity.
It is priced at £1,700.
