AMD has a new mascot. Called Chip, the gender-neutral cartoon creation is designed to help system builders and Johnny Punters get answers to their questions.

Chip is the avastar of Ask.Amd.com, a new mostly automated FAQ service. So far, so average. But if you can't get the answer to your question "Chip can forward questions to AMD analysts for direct assistance via email".
