Kewill buys Alliance

Kewill Systems, the UK ERP vendor, has bought Alliance Manufacturing Software International - or to be more precise, its assets.

Alliance is a California-based developer of MRP-II software for small and medium-sized manufacturers. It riuns international sales out of Leicester.

The enlarged group will become one of the world's biggest ERP vendors for small companies, Kewill claims.

Last year, the company bought EVCOR, a US systems integrator, for $45.5m. ®
