It seems like an age since we last reported on progress in our Codebreaker II competition.
Well, the challenge is due to close on Friday and we haven't had the slightest impression that anyone is even close. To be frank, we're a bit worried about you.
Some of your pleas for help have been enough to melt even the hardest heart. Accordingly, we're going to throw you a lifeline. But not yet.
It would be a bit unfair to offer clues right now, if someone is close to breaking the code. If you do think that you're close to success, e-mail us here, explaining your methodology.
Should we not receive some proof that a crack is imminent by midday BST tommorrow (Wednesday), we'll offer assistance and extend the deadline. Why? Because we care... ®
