Rambus moved from Mountain View to Los Altos recently but it seems that whatever the company does, and wherever it goes, it causes uproar and cafuffle.
According to the Los Altos Town Crier, local residents are up in arms because of continuous noises and the "consistent glare of interior lights" in the Rambus complex at the Tree Farm site.
What are they doing in there?
The paper says: "Neighbors have described the Rambus building as looking like an "airport control tower." One neighbor said his grandson can't sleep at night because of the lights from the building, which glare into his bedroom."
Could it be a case of All of Our Rambus are Belong to Us or are the strange rumbling sounds caused by Ramboids cooking up flames to send to The Register in the basement? ®
