Dimension Data, the stock market-listed networking reseller, has bought a US reseller for $138m, IT Web reports. North Carolina- based Premier Systems operates in Texas and south-eastern US. Dimension Data is to buy a North Carolina-based systems integration firm for $138 million in cash, a deal which sees the London-listed group extend its US presence in the south-eastern US and Texas.
