Kieren, my only comment on your article is that you are way too soft on these assholes, after reading the testimony, I can only conclude that the board consists of a bunch of overpaid lawyers who will do anything to retain their jobs. The amount of lying and padding of words in the document for the sole purpose of lulling the non-tech savvy into submission via jargon is only worthy of the greatest spin-doctor alive. I of course refer to William H. Clinton. He is still headline material after 40 days.
Go figure.
