Spotted alongside a rather fine tapas and wine bar in central Seville: Spain's salute to our very own Doctor Spinola, master of spin and medic of the microprocessor.
We're not sure why the beautiful southern Spanish city would want to name a street after the good Doctor, and he's not saying. 'Cardenal' is, we understand, Spanish for 'Cardinal', so we can only assume Doctor Spin has been moonlighting, offering his rotational remedies to the Pope.
