The Internet has been blamed for the tragic death of father-of-three Alastair Hunt from a kinky sex game-for-one.

The man's body was found by his young son. The son broke into the house after there was no reply and found his dad - fully clothed - in the living room with a plastic bag clinging to his face. Mr Hunt had used a vacuum cleaner to suck out the air - an idea he allegedly got from a bondage Web site - and had suffocated.

Whether the Internet is really to blame is debatable though: Mrs Hunt, at a tribunal into the death, gave an insight into their married sex life. "We had a good sex life," she told the court. "But during lovemaking he liked me to put my hand across his mouth or nose, or put things such as my nightie over his face to stop him breathing."

Police ran a check on the family PC and confirmed that Mr Hunt had been a regular visitor to a particular bondage Web site. ®
