Have you ever wanted to visit the moon? To go climbing on Olympus Mons or brave the sulphurous hell that is our sister planet Venus? Well, if Mohammed will not go to the mountain, then the mountain must come to Mohammed.
Provided you can find enough brown paper and string, you can post the Moon anywhere in the UK, first class, for a mere £23,814,000,000,000,000,000. This is according to the Royal Mail's online calculator, which works out the cost of posting an item by weight.
By the same method posting Venus would cost a whopping £19,440,000,000,000,000,000,000,000. Although where you would want to post it is beyond us.
As for how to get to the moon to post it, we suggest you post yourself - a snip at around £200-300. But don't ask us how to find a post box big enough to send it from.
Play with the calculator yourself here.®
