Shoutloud's valuation utility assess domain names according six criteria: length, hyphenations, suffix (such as .co.uk, .com and so on), numbers of words, language and marketability.

Incidentally, c**t.com (you'll have to fill in the asterisks yourself) is worth between $500,000 and $5 million.
