Tucows, the Canadian software download site, is pumping up its editoriaL content with the acquisition of Linux Weekly News. Terms were undisclosed. Tucows has been knocking around for years as a destination site for free and paid-for downloads. The company currently claims 100 million-plus page views impressions per month. Expect an IPO this year. ®
